Rep. Keith Goehner, R-Dryden, and Rep. Mike Steele, R-Chelan discuss the issues facing the capital budget and emergency powers. Rep. Steele stated the State has request for $187 mil. in projects across Washington but only has a budget of $88 mil. for this session. Both lawmakers commented on emergency powers and the traction they are getting in the House on that issue.
