Keith Goehner, R-Dryden, and his seatmates in the 12th District, as well as legislators from the 13th District, have sent a letter to the governor requesting the governor reconsider and revise the proposed housing rules under the Emergency Regulations for Agricultural Employers, also known as the Bunk Bed Rule. The rule as written could potentially devastate the tree fruit industry in Washington state.
